How to Find New Business Out of Thin Air?
Here is an interesting idea - why not be your own OEM supplier? Since your company probably already has the engineering capability and manpower, why not design or invent a new, better, or interesting "widget", market it yourself and then be your own OEM supplier? Sound crazy? Well, not really. We know of several companies who have done this and are busy die casting their own products. Since business was slow, they created their own orders. Creative thinking is usually the best solution.
